Some weeks ago I announced to post some calculation tools for gaffers and DPs. The first one is online now! With the Cinematographer's Flicker Calculator you can simulate flicker problems occurring when shooting with HMI, LED or similar lights. You will also find an abstract containing some background information about flicker problems. You can test the knowledge right away with the Flicker Calculator. Enjoy!
